All of our VPS services are UNMANAGED and we offer limited Support for them.
We reserve the rights to
• Ask for extra payment to perform custom task/setup on your VPS.
• Suspend a client temporarily/permanently if a client VPS is found to be disturbing server stability by the means of High Server Resource Usage or any other abusive activity.
Linux VPS
For Rapidleech
We may allow rapidleech on our servers only for personal/light and one person usage. You MUST Password protect your rapidleech otherwise your account will be suspended immediately.
Examples of UNACCEPTABLE content include, but are not limited to:
• Public/Commercial Rapidleech Servers
• Poorly Modified custom Rapidleech scripts
• Excessive Resource Usage resulting in High CPU load
• Un-secured or Non-password protected Rapidleech Installations
• Multiple Rapidleech Script Installations
• Providing Direct download Links on forums/websites resulting in DMCA complaints.
• Storing Downloaded Data (whether its warez or not) for more than 72 Hours.
• Running more than 1 Rapidleech Process at a time
• Any other action that may lead to high CPU/RAM/Network Load
Un-secured Rapidleech Script may be suspended immediately and will be considered as Breach of Terms of Services and results to Account termination with NO Refund.
Torrents :
We strictly do NOT allow Torrents on our servers.
If you want to run Torrents, you can purchase our seedbox packages which comes with ruTorrent/Transmission and Rapidleech support.

Windows VPS
All Windows VPS provided under fair usage agreement. The client agrees to use system resources fairly and don’t overload the server. The following is Strictly NOT allowed :
• Any Kind of Video or Audio Encoding, Ripping, Converting
• Any kind of high CPU/RAM/Network or system resources causing server to work slow/crash will NOT be tolerated.
Any client found to be doing so will be suspended immediately and NO REFUND will be applicable.
You must change your default login passwords after your first login. We are not responsible for any hacking attempts made on your server using your too simple/default passwords.
Policy Violations :
vStarVPS.com may, at any time, audit systems for any data/activity showing potential policy violations.
Warnings :
The vStarVPS.com Staff makes an attempt to contact the client, via email, when the first sign of a possible violation is noted. These alerts are a courtesy. Responses to such alerts are required. If an alert is received from any staff member, the client is responsible for acknowledging his/her understanding and citing any action planned or taken, within 24 hours of the notice. Failure to do so may lead to suspension. Repeated failure to do so may result in termination.
Note :
It is extremely important to ensure that the email address on record with the vStarVPS.com is valid. This is the address used for abuse notifications and warnings.
Reactivation :
If a service is suspended, the client will be required to pay a reactivation fee of $2.00, to cover any administrative costs associated with the offense/violation, as determined by vStarVPS.com
Refund and Disputes:
• All payments to vStarVPS.com are non-refundable after 3 days account activation period. This includes any one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage.
• All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the time the dispute occurred. You can NOT open any dispute to paypal, your card issuer or any other third party. If you do so, your account will be terminated immediately. Your REFUND request will be cancelled and No refund will be provided.
• 3 days money back guarantee is not applicable for dedicated server & any product related to it including license, upgrade, additional IP, KVM & more.
• Payments for Upgrades, Addons, Setup fees are NOT refundable.
• A Processing fee of $2.00 is applicable on all refund request processed. The processing fees may be increased for some individual account if the account is found to be using abnormal bandwidth/cpu or any special case in which we think the processing fees must be higher.
• vStarVPS.com reserves its right to deny a refund request or provide a partial refund.
• only One Refund is applicable per client. Once a client has been refunded for one of his services, he can NOT claim for refund on another services.
• Any Credit balance in Client’s Area is NOT eligible for refund. It can only be used for purchasing services at our website.
Abusive Clients :
vStarVPS, may at its discretion, suspend or terminate service of any client that is abusive/harassing to vStarVPS employees. Examples of such activity include, but are not limited to;
• Verbal abuse – cursing, yelling, threatening, etc…
• Ongoing disregard for warnings or notices
• Consistent mistakes/errors/changes causing unnecessary workload
• Spamming vStarVPS email addresses, ticket systems, or servers
• Continuous involvement in flood/DDOS activity, hacked services, or other ongoing non-permitted usage
• Consistent late payments or responses
• Issuing a charge-back or bouncing a payment
• Continuous activation of problematic end-users
• Activity which affects the service(s) of other vStarVPS clients
• Open PayPal disputes without having a full discussion with vStarVPS.com
• Cancelling your current account and reordering new account just to get new PROMO Discount/Plan
By purchasing any of our services, you already agree to this Terms of Service (ToS) Agreement. If you don’t agree to these services, either don’t purchase any service or if already purchased, immediately cancel it. No refund request will be processed in such case.
