She may have thrown in the towel just a couple of days after she joined The Block.
But when it comes to exercise, influencer Elle Ferguson isn’t sluggish.
The 36-year-old has earned a reputation for maintaining an active lifestyle in recent years and has even managed to shed a whopping 10 kilos during the Covid lockdowns.

Although Elle has always boasted of a sleek physique, she recently debuted a skinnier frame after adopting a vegan diet and strict exercise routine.
She and fiancé Joel Batfull, 37, decided to stop eating meat in April 2019 and began reducing their meal portions by signing up for a meal delivery program.

At the time, Elle had been doing Pilates for several years, but found it difficult to exercise regularly due to her busy schedule.
However, this changed during Sydney’s 2020 lockdowns when I started practicing six days a week.

The Bondi-based blonde started exercising twice a day, spending an hour running on the treadmill, as well as attending a Pilates class via Zoom.
She proudly told the publication, “My body has completely changed… I’m taller, leaner and in the best shape of my life.”
I cried on the treadmill more than I’d like to admit, and I cried during Pilates when I tried so hard but couldn’t do it right. But every time I cry, I get up and try again.
Elle also overhauled her diet by deleting takeaway and home cooking apps.

“For me, the goal is to hit 10 km in one hour on the treadmill. I run six days a week and I really want to maintain that goal for another year,” she told News Corp in May 2021.

With the kilograms dropping, Elle began to push herself to exercise harder.

Elsewhere in the interview, Elle shared the five items she always has in her fridge: Greek yogurt, pineapple slices, dark chocolate, sparkling water, and meal combinations.
